We specialize in selling a wide range of products, including furniture, clothing, household goods, appliances, general merchandise, and food. Our stores are dedicated to providing quality goods at affordable prices to our community.


Job Description:

As the Office Administrator, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that support our business operations. You will manage payroll, assist in HR functions, and contribute to basic bookkeeping tasks. If you are a motivated, self-starter with a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration:
  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage employee payroll records
  • Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Human Resources:
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including benefits enrollment and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date
  • Handle employee time off tracking and scheduling
  • Support recruitment efforts as needed
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Bookkeeping Support:
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, invoicing, and processing payments
  • Help with monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll, human resources, and/or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Heartland)
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR best practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks.)
  • Familiarity with state and federal labor laws
  • Previous experience in a small business environment
