Supervisor: Process Engineer Manager
Position Title: Process Technician
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Position Description and Duties:
- Set up tools, trouble shoot molds, parts, press and robot problems
- Set up and start production jobs
- Set up, program, and adjust robots
- Assist in new part sampling, help with setting process parameters on incoming production jobs
- Set up tools per daily schedule using mold set up check list and fill out required paperwork
- Troubleshoot molding problems and document process and changes accordingly
- Interact with Production and Quality team to ensure mold set ups, startups, and shut downs are smooth and efficient
- Evaluate tooling and work with tool room to maintain tool efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use of PPE

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in plastic injection molding
KSA’s- Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes
- Prior experiencing working with molding machines, Milacron preferred but not a must
- Possess understanding on processing all types of materials using scientific molding
- Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Display sound judgement when troubleshooting machinery and production equipment
- Experience in an ISO certified environment is preferred
- Experience with IQMS or other MRO software preferred
- Must be able to lift or push 55 pounds on a regular basis, stand for a minimum of 8 hours, and have full motor movement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows Based Operating Systems
- Above average written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of industrial safety in a production and warehouse environment
- Self-directed, has initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
