IEM is looking for a Full Time-Project Coordinator to join our team.
Primary Location:
- Candidate must live a commutable distance to Guaynabo and Client Site, PR
- This is an in-office role and candidates must be willing to commute to the office.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between Key Staff, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Maintain and oversee schedules, assignments, and task tracking to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Organize and manage digital files and shared drives for effective project documentation control.
- Record and store meeting minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Support the Project Manager in daily operations and overall program coordination.
- Coordinate personnel assignments, onboarding, equipment tracking, training completion, and communication flow.
- Act as a liaison between the Project Manager and project personnel to facilitate administrative processes.
- Assist in operational HR tasks, such as scheduling, time tracking, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare concise and professional reports, presentations, and briefs to support internal and external communications.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Five years of experience in project or program coordination, preferably involving federally funded initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in data management systems and collaborative platforms.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a must).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards, visual reports, and data storytelling.
- Experience in creating automations using tools such as Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
