Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Architecture
- Lead the end-to-end design of Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop architectural blueprints, integration frameworks, and best practices for Dynamics CE implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Implementation and Deployment
- Guide and oversee the implementation of Dynamics CE solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with other business systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during implementation.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft Dynamics CE standards, compliance, and security protocols.
- Integration and Optimization
- Design and implement integrations with other enterprise applications, including ERP, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms.
- Optimize existing Dynamics CE solutions to improve performance and user experience.
- Conduct regular reviews and propose enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.
- Present technical solutions and roadmaps to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics CE, providing training and support to internal teams.
- Innovation and Research
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CE updates, features, and industry trends.
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance Dynamics CE capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) design, implementation, and architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Dynamics CE projects.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure integrations.
- Experience with data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise-level CRM deployments.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive project success.
