This position requires a deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations management, coupled with technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve system performance, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and others as required.
- Configure system settings and tailor solutions to meet business requirements.
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
- Design and implement workflows that align with best practices and organizational goals.
- Project Management:
- Participate in project planning, scope definition, timeline development, and risk management.
- Ensure successful project delivery by adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Training and Support:
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with the IT team.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Oversee data migration and integration with other business systems.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementation and optimization projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification.
- Experience in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
- Knowledge of additional Microsoft business solutions, such as Power Platform or Azure.
