Position Overview
The Microsoft F&O Consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) across IES Holdings’ business units. This position requires a deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations management, coupled with technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve system performance, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration :
- Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and others as required.
- Configure system settings and tailor solutions to meet business requirements.
- Process Optimization :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
- Design and implement workflows that align with best practices and organizational goals.
- Project Management :
- Participate in project planning, scope definition, timeline development, and risk management.
- Ensure successful project delivery by adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Training and Support :
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with the IT team.
- Data Management and Reporting :
- Oversee data migration and integration with other business systems.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Compliance and Security :
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
