We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Finance and Operations (F&O) Consultant to join our team and contribute to the digital transformation of our business processes.

Position Overview

The Microsoft F&O Consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) across IES Holdings’ business units. This position requires a deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations management, coupled with technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve system performance, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration:
• Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and others as required.
• Configure system settings and tailor solutions to meet business requirements.
• Process Optimization:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
• Design and implement workflows that align with best practices and organizational goals.
• Project Management:
• Participate in project planning, scope definition, timeline development, and risk management.
• Ensure successful project delivery by adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Training and Support:
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with the IT team.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Oversee data migration and integration with other business systems.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Compliance and Security:
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementation and optimization projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification.
• Experience in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
• Knowledge of additional Microsoft business solutions, such as Power Platform or Azure.
