What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT position at IES Holdings, Inc.?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel , this individual will work closely with executives across the organization, ensuring seamless administrative support and an efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support :
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and the President as well as the CFO and General Counsel .
- Manage complex calendars for executives in different locations, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Schedule regular reporting meetings between executives and senior management groups.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Handle critical confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Handle electronic expense reimbursement tasks.
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Interact directly with the Board of Directors on various administrative tasks.
