Accounting Clerk
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus
(Payable after 90 days of Employment)
We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for our payroll department to assist in gathering, recording, calculating and entering daily time from our field service and shop employees, as well as, performing other general administrative functions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Daily timecard review and entry into ERP system
- Tracking Vacation, Sick & Personal time on weekly log
- Verifying available PTO and entering in ERP system
- Summarizing daily timecards for shop & field services
- Reviewing weekly data entry log and making corrections
- Completing weekly expense reports
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll, data entry or related field
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Specific Qualifications
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen, and when applicable if duties involve operating motor vehicle must be able to pass motor vehicle record check.
