Straddle Carrier/Forklift Operator-Spotter

POSITION SUMMARY

Best candidate will have experience in material handling in the manufacturing industry with knowledge in
electrical and mechanical tools, parts and supplies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Identify incoming shipments and compare against bill of ladings (BOL) and purchase order records.
• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks, and/or logs inbound inventory.
  
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to move heavy and awkward loads with 15,000LB forklifts and experience with mobile cranes
• Setting up all weld bays with their jobs
• Helping the welding within farication, pull materials or setting up jobs
• Loading and unloading material on and off the trucks
• Must be flexible to work where needed and self-motivated at a fast pace

EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

• Heavy industrial machinery moving - General warehouse forklift not applicable 
• Two years minimum expreince with mobile cranes or 15,000lb forklifts and awkward loads
• Rigging
• Manufacturing background of exposure
• Must have superior organizational skills
• Must pass forklift test
