Purpose of Position:
We are seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support the Quality Department, including the Quality Manager and other team members. This role is responsible for auditing, maintaining quality records, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits in accordance with internal quality standards and ISO 9001.
- Administer layered process audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Maintain and update quality records and internal logs.
- Track daily issue logs and issue Corrective Actions as needed.
- Perform data entry for quality-related information.
- Oversee and coordinate the Change Notice process.
- Monitor and audit UL label usage to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Organize, scan, and file job packets following established procedures.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED (not required but preferred)
Specific Qualifications
Additional Requirements:
• Pass background check and drug test
• 2 years of experience with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Auditing experience in a manufacturing or quality setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, process control requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Understanding of Corrective Actions, Root Cause Analysis, ISO 9001, and basic quality processes.
Pay Range: $18-$20 an hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
