KEP Electric is seeking a Administartive Assiistant for our Louisville Office. The candidate must have a minimum of two years receptionist experience with a multiline phone. Applicants should have above average office skills including Word and Excel, demonstrated ability working with customers and high attention to detail. Receptionist will also be responsible for processing ingoing and outgoing mail, as well as other data entry duties as assigned.

- 2 years receptionist experience with multiline phones
- Strong communication (oral and written) and detailed organizational skills required.

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment when dealing with sensitive employment issues.
- Contracting or electrical knowledge a plus but not required
