o Setting objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department’s goals.
o Monitoring invoice processing and ensuring timely collection of payments.
o Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
o Organizing records of invoices, bills, and deposits.
o Ensuring high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law.
o Supporting and training Accounts Receivable Clerks.
o Staying updated on industry and legislative changes.
Specific Qualifications
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create and present detailed reports.
• Team management skills.
• A problem-solving attitude.
