KEP Electric, a subsidiary of IES Residential is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. KEP Electric is a leader in new construction multi-family and mixed-use buildings.
As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.

Responsibilities may include:
- Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
- Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand-off from estimating to field
- Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments
- Estimating and value engineering
- Set clear goals and expectations for foreman
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
- Estimate change orders for assigned projects
- Manage all closeout procedures
- Hiring of field personnel
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
- Provide coaching to foreman when needed
- Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships within the industry
- Prepare and perform buyouts from BOM
- Will learn basic CAD and REVIT
- Job estimation
- Attend job meetings
- Order material; occasionally delivering material
- Coordinate with other trades
