We are looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our Residential team and provide quality service to clients with warranties. The Electrical Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in residential settings, as well as ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls from clients with warranties in a timely manner
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential and commercial settings
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed
- Communicate with clients to explain repair options and costs
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Specific Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Service Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
