What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at IES Residential, Inc.?
KEP a division of IES Residential is currently seeking skilled electricians for our commercial/ multifamily style projects in the Cincinnati,OH area.
We are looking for employees interested in making a career in the electrical field. Overtime opportunities will become be available.
Duties of a Commercial Electrician:
· Installing lights, wiring, meters, panel, and device connection.
· Installation of conduit and other materials within commercial spaces, using both hand tools, and powers tools
· Trouble shooting circuitry
· Layout and Install service entrance equipment, including feeders.
· Layout and assist in installation of underground service conduit.

Specific Qualifications
Commercial Electrician
· Considerable interpersonal skills in interacting with management, field support staff, suppliers, and customers.
· Must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing,
· Must possess the ability to understand departmental operations and procedures.
