What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Contracts Administrator position at IES Residential, Inc.?
IES Residential is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Legal Department. As a Contracts Administrator, you will act as a coordinator between our Legal Department and Division Managers to ensure process and timeliness is maintained. The perfect candidate is a self-starter, organized, and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, work independently and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.

Specific Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Edit documents including contracts.
- Create and update files, scan, mail, and ensure all documents and contracts are filed, saved, and processed appropriately.
- Communicate via telephone, email, and mail with Division Managers and the contacting party, as needed.
- Identify any legal processing issues that should be escalated to internal and external parties.
- Update files with documents or message details per company work standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in English or the legal field desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- 1-year experience in an office setting.
