What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging classroom instruction to teach essential skills, techniques, and knowledge for success in the plumbing trade.
- Facilitate hands-on training and simulations to reinforce practical learning in a classroom environment.
- Coordinate on-the-job training opportunities with division teams to provide real-world experience for trainees.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and training activities.
- Collaborate with division managers to identify and address current and future training needs.
- Promote and enforce company safety protocols, ensuring a secure learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:
