We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with the ability to handle accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Specific Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the monthly accounting close process, including the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and the general ledger.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, monthly transactions, and other financial accounts.
- Review financial documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and improve financial processes.
- Ensure the timely processing of A/P and A/R invoices and payments, and manage cash flow effectively.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry trends.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Experience working in a construction and project-based environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
