Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data through regular audits and validation.
- Develop and implement HRIS-related policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS functionality and improve HR processes.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HRIS applications and processes.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
- Stay updated on HRIS best practices and emerging trends in HR technology.
- Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other business systems.
Specific Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HRIS management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with system implementation and project management.
