Solar Service Adviser / Warehouse
This position is responsible for consulting with existing IES customers through phone and email regarding their Solar panel and/or Battery and/ or Generator system needs. Documenting current and updated status through Zoho Desk ticketing system and remote diagnostics.
Some of the requests include, but not limited to: General Questions, System performance, system maintenance and/or field repair services needed. Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle, while possessing basic knowledge of Solar/Battery/ Generator Products (desired-but can be taught) and industry best practices.
Basic Responsibilities
Consult with customer to determine service issue.- Document through ticketing system with routine updates, as needed
- Technical Expertise: - knowledge of Solar equipment, such as: Enphase, SolarEdge; Generator and Battery systems - not required, but desirable
- Scheduling and Coordination: schedule with client and service technician.
- Billing and Invoicing related to completed services.
- Warranty Documentation for Manufacturing, Return Material Authorization
Other duties will include-Warehouse
- Pull equipment required to complete service and installation
- Forklift experience or willing to learn how to use a forklift.
- Assist with inventory management, monthly count.
Position is in office setting located in Converse, Texas
Monday- Friday, hours 7 am- 3:45 pm
