Manager of Workforce Services Business Development
Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing and Development
Supervises: N/A
Summary Statement: The Manager of Workforce Services Business Development is responsible for developing and implementing new business, maintaining existing relationships, and collaborating across multiple internal teams to ensure the success of IFB Solutions Workforce Services division. The person in this position may work remotely. The position may require up to 50% travel. Compensation for this position is base salary plus applicable bonuses.
Essential Job Functions
- Identify potential clients requiring call center staffing solutions, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Cultivate and grow existing partnerships.
- Develop and tailor pitches to new and existing clients, highlighting IFBs value proposition, including social impact and workforce expertise.
- Work with operations, recruitment, and training teams to ensure readiness for new business ventures.
- Support implementation of new business as needed to ensure customer success.
Marginal Job Functions
- Participate in training and meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must have strong sales skills and proven success in business development.
- Must have excellent project management skills with demonstrated performance in cross-functional team leadership.
- Must have ability to manage cross-functional work across long sales cycles.
Education and Work Experience
- A four-year college degree in marketing, sales, operations management or similar is required.
- Experience in business development is required.
- Experience in call center operations and/or staffing is preferred.
- Familiarity with the AbilityOne program and workforce solutions for individuals who are blind is a plus.
