Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Service Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in expanding our client base and fostering strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development and sales, with a passion for providing comprehensive HVAC solutions. While HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus, we are primarily seeking a results-oriented professional with exceptional sales acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitive advantages.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
- Facilitate regular client check ins.
- Sales & Service Packages:
- Develop and present customized sales and service packages that include installation, maintenance, and repair services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our comprehensive HVAC solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Develop long term maintenance contract plans for customers.
- Service Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand and enhance our service offerings.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote and sell preventative maintenance agreements to ensure recurring revenue.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the HVAC or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Drivers License and clean driving record.
