Receptionist / Admin Assistant - Asheville
Reports to : Employee Relations Manager
Supervises : N / A
Summary Statement : Under the general direction of the Employee Relations Manager, the person in this position is responsible for greeting visitors either by phone or in person as well as providing administrative support as requested.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet visitors, determine the reason for visit and direct them accordingly.
- Answer incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate person.
- Provide administrative assistance to as requested.
- Assist CLVC on clinic days and provide backup to CLVC as scheduled.
