Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive sales growth. This role involves managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients, promoting IFE’s range of NDT services, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned region.
- Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with potential clients in the oil and gas industry.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Present and promote IFE’s NDT inspection services, including ultrasonic and eddy current inspections, to clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent IFE and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the oil and gas or NDT industry.
- Strong understanding of NDT services and their application in the field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the oil and gas industry’s operational and safety requirements.
- Experience in technical sales or a similar role.
