Job Description
The main goal of a Regional Partner Development Lead is to ensure that partners and their partner managers have the necessary knowledge, resources, support, and guidance to achieve their business objectives. To provide operational support to implement and streamline processes, and to contribute to the overall success of the partner organization.
- Act as the main Partner Excellence point of contact for partners and partner managers in the North American region.
- Work closely with the global acquisition lead, regional partner lead and the local partner teams to assist in identifying and recruiting net new partners to the IFS ecosystem.
- Coordinate and oversee the operational onboarding of new partners, ensuring they have access to the resources, systems, and information they need.
- Identify regional operational trends, implement one to one, or one to many solutions to unlock productivity through improved processes, systems and ways of working that align with the Partner GTM strategy.
- Provide support and training to partners and partner managers to ensure that partner and partner managers are properly trained and familiar with processes and best practices. This may involve delivering training sessions and creating educational materials to provide self-help resources.
- Assist the partner sales team during the entire sales cycle, including partner lead registration/distribution and opportunity tracking.
- Create and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on partner operations performance to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor and analyze partner data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving partner processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing to align efforts and deliver value to partners and partner managers.
- Assist and manage 3rd line support issues.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
- A true team-player focusing on creating long term value for the team.
- Understanding of enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with Partner Relationship Management.
- Experience in working with CRM solutions.
- Experience in sales-related processes is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work ethic based on a strong desire to fulfill expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
