- Proactively oversee the operation of all office locations to ensure that they meet company and safety standards giving the best employee experience
- Create inclusive workplace environments that encourage employees to collaborate, innovate and thrive
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align workplace experience management with broader business objectives and strategic growth goals
- Champion sustainability initiatives
- Work with the Senior Director Workplace Experience to develop and implement strategies to enhance the workplace experience, prioritizing employee engagement, well-being and productivity
What We’re Offering
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 plus 10% bonus

- Extensive experience of working within Facilities Management (min. 5 years’)
- Understanding of ISO standards of compliance
- Understanding and knowledge of the services required for offices to run as well as reading leases
