Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 / hour

Description

We are looking for a hands on warehouse manager for our new facility located in
Aurora Colorado. The main responsibility of the Warehouse Manager is to oversee
the warehouse operation, maintain accurate inventory of client owned properties,
motivate IGE warehouse employees to perform their duties with accuracy and
within budget. As a working manager, pull and prepare exhibit properties and
prepare an accurate shipping manifest for each project. .

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership role within IGE warehouse operations.


• Ensure a warehouse operation performs with safety standards


• Schedule and assign appropriate projects to warehouse workers.


• Ensure and monitor safety, organization and cleanliness of IGE facilities.


• Maintain rental exhibit inventory.


• Maintain all equipment in working condition


• Inform Management of expenses related to equipment maintenance and purchase


• Verify completeness of outbound and inbound shipments.


• Hire warehouse personnel on a per job and or full time basis.


• Pull from storage and prepare exhibits for outbound shipments.


• Inspect inbound shipments and record any damage and create report.


• Perform warehouse work within budgetary and time constraints.


• Ensure maintenance of forklifts and warehouse facilities


• Manage and coordinate freight.


• Maintain adequate records for continuous improvement.


• Provide safety training to new warehouse personnel and adhere to corporate policies.


• Oversee time cards and labor hours per job.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Management and/or Supervisory experience.


• Ability to communicate with all departments in a diplomatic and constructive manner.


• 3-5 years of warehouse experience and forklift operations.


• Organizational Skills.


• Knowledge of loading and shipping procedures.


• Excellent computers skills. Able to oversee the inventory database.


• Ability to read blueprints


• Excellent Computer Skills


• Advanced Excel user
