Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in discussions and provide support for the design and developments of systems for SLG mobile games ( simulation & strategy Game).
• Take a senior role in building the framework, designing gameplay experiences, system solutions, overseeing production, testing, adjustments, optimizations, and creating related documentation.
• Design and develop fundamental game features and unique gameplay elements.
• Keep a critical eye on quality for the implementation of in-game content;
• Utilizing systems, tools and process design, ensure a good end-user experience while producing quality documentation;
• Other tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in game development, with at least 3 years of experience in mobile game development, and a track record of successfully developing and launching mobile games, including in development of SLG ( simulation & strategy ) mobile game projects (COK/ROK-like).
• Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with mainstream SLG strategy games, and stay updated on trends in the mainstream mobile game market.
• Exhibit strong analytical, communication and creative skills.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Capable of independently designing, tracking, and accepting large-scale feature functionality, with a strong sense of responsibility for feature quality.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada without any sponsorship from the employer.
