Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR functions, manage a high-performing team, and align HR policies with organizational goals. This role works closely with leadership to foster a positive culture, drive employee engagement, and support talent management initiatives.
Salary: Based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, including workforce planning, recruitment, and retention.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting employee development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and improve retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, while maintaining a focus on best HR practices.
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, from recruitment strategies to selection processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management to improve HR practices and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop training and development programs to promote continuous learning and leadership development within the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Experience in performance management and employee development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with all levels of staff.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex employee relations issues.
- Ability to strategically align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM (1 hour lunch break)
