As a Director of Business Development , you will own the top-of-funnel strategy, drive lead generation initiatives, and mentor a team of SDRs to exceed targets. Youll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach and ensure alignment on revenue goals.

- Develop and execute scalable outbound sales strategies.
- Hire, train, and mentor SDRs to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and refine sales processes based on performance data.
