We’ve transformed our industry by offering innovative finance options through our sister company, Advance Consolidation Experts, that help our clients refinance high-cost debt and drive revenue growth through our tailored refinancing programs.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will: - Handle inbound calls and make 150 outbound calls daily to targeted in-house leads, generating at least one qualified opportunity per day and achieving two closings per week. - Identify customer needs and seamlessly transfer opportunities to senior team members for closing. - Deliver value in every interaction, building trust with both customers and colleagues. - Stay focused on performance, demonstrating a competitive and collaborative spirit to meet and exceed company goals. - Take accountability for your results, showing resilience and determination to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Compensation Details:
- Commission: Earn 10% to 25% of gross sales on consulting/marketing engagements, with additional commissions for upselling products and closing loans. - Earnings Potential: Average annual earnings exceed $200k . - Structure: This is a commission-only role. Non-repayable draw for first 4 weeks is available.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher (preferred). - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (required). - Proficiency in computer systems and lead management software. - Ability to pass a background check. - Full-time availability, working on-site in our Las Vegas office from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (This is not a remote position.) - Strong adaptability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
