Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 base 10%–15% commission on all sales
Overview
We are seeking experienced Regional Sales Directors to lead expansion efforts in San Diego. This role focuses on cultivating and closing sales with Multi-Tenant Building owners by offering a proprietary TPX cash flow hardware/software solution that creates new income streams for their rental properties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with strong closing abilities and experience working with decision-makers in the commercial real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Secure new and expanded business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Provide clients with financial insights and market data related to the offering, timing, and property value impact
Cultivate and close sales in your assigned region
Establish sales territories and quotas; grow the sales team as needed
Analyze sales metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Forecast results and report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build new partnerships with property owners and decision-makers
Qualifications
College degree preferred
Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
Proven success selling to owners and C-suite executives
Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
Bonus/Commission: 10%–15% on all closed sales
