About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented US Channel Manager to drive sales and market growth across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, working closely with worldwide Dealer-Sales Organizations, and partnering with internal teams to build strong relationships with both Dealers and end-users. You will be responsible for managing and developing the Dealer Sales Organization, meeting or exceeding revenue goals, and driving market development across multiple product lines.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, technically savvy, and possess the ability to establish and maintain lasting business relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to influence product development and play a key role in shaping future solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through Dealer-Sales Organizations in the US
- Manage and develop the Dealer Sales Organization to meet revenue goals and identify market opportunities
- Establish and monitor sales territories, quotas, and customer targets across the Dealer-Sales Organization and directly with end-user customers
- Build and maintain direct relationships with key customer logos and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing product and sales training to Dealers, and promote sales tactics, promotions, and customer service techniques
- Work with various departments to maximize the effectiveness of Dealer-Sales Organizations
- Identify new dealer opportunities and work with the product development team to provide necessary support and documentation
- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- 3 years of experience in Vendor, Third-Party, or Dealer-Sales Organizations
- Strong experience in trade show support and experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to present, coach, and train effectively
- Strong customer service, time management, and product knowledge skills
- Technical expertise and ability to quickly learn and influence new technologies
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel 30%–50% of the time domestically
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $81,200 – $108,300, plus uncapped commission potential between $50,000 and $100,000 annually
