Ignite Industrial Professionals is looking for a On-Site Staffing Manager for our new operation in Jeffersonville, Indiana area.
Summary/Objective:
The Onsite Manager will work closely with the IGNITE team to attract, screen, hire and retain temporary staff for all IGNITE internal and external clients. He/she will also be responsible for conducting post-accident drug screens. He/She will also maintain electronic filing and other administrative tasks. Candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

· Works closely with HR/Operations to ensure hiring needs are understood and develop plans with Ignite to meet client needs
· Works with client management to proactively develop strategy to ensure staffing needs are met timely
· Partners with onsite client HR professionals to ensure alignment of initiatives, rewards & recognition activities, compensation, promotions, etc.
· Investigates all complaints arising from activities involving IGNITE associates; handles discipline for IGNITE associates.
· Expected to build solid relationships with the client management teams by interacting all at levels and will designated as the “go-to” expert for temporary staffing-related issues. Spends time understanding specific job functions to facilitate a positive associate onboarding process.
· Enters, updates and maintains personnel records in employee database/spreadsheets
· Provides relevant data to Ignite leadership to support staffing performance for all clients
· Provides employment reporting and analysis as requested by client management
· Site location will be based on each site, to meet the demands of the business.
· Act as a liaison between client and recruiting team
· Maintains good relationships with all candidates, employees and clients.
· Keeps records of associates and reports them to Ignite leadership
· Performs various administrative duties (scanning, electronic filing, faxing, copying, etc.)
· Lead by example with urgency and enforcing teamwork, assist in all onsite hire training
· Creates and implements onboarding improvement programs based upon industry best practices.
· Must be able to assume leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to exceeding customer delivery expectations and achieving quality and productivity goals in a time sensitive environment.
· Act as a member of the overall Ignite Leadership team and participate in success direction of overall business
· Responsible for ensuring the onsite staff is performing at their highest competency level.
· Works with other leaders/markets to support the expansion and improvement of the Ignite brand
· Manages “Change of Status”, “Occurrence Warnings” and “Performance Reviews”, on an ongoing basis
· Any and all other duties as assigned by Office Manager/VP

· Demonstrates safety consciousness at all times and reports safety questions/concerns.

Education and Experience:
Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Human Resources or related fields.
· 1 years in some type of leadership/training role
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates and vendors.
· Strong organizational, problem solving, and investigative skills.
· Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
· Ability to follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
· Must practice confidentiality as required.
· High sense of urgency

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
