This person will be responsible for fueling our advertiser sales pipeline by prospecting, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, educating prospects, and booking calls for our sales managers. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a pipeline of advertiser prospects.
- Use outbound methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate contact with prospects and introduce the company’s services.
- Effectively manage the prospect pipeline by moving sales opportunities from cold lead to scheduled sales call.
- Ability to prioritize prospecting efforts based on needs of the business.
- Leverage available sales tools to source contacts and build outreach templates.
- Conduct outreach, build rapport, and position Ignite’s solutions via multiple outreach methods.
- Facilitate timely and persuasive follow up communications through multiple communication channels.
- Accurately maintain ongoing outreach within CRM creating visibility across the sales team.
- Build and test strategies to meet and exceed the KPIs within the role.
- Weekly meetings with the sales team to review prospect lists and response rates.
- Collaborate with all sales managers and sales coordinators to contribute value to the team environment.
Required Skills:
- ~1 year of experience in a sales role
- Excellent communication with a strategic sales mindset
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, accountable, strong work ethic and a strong team player
- Positive, resilient and able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
