Ignite Medical Resort McHenry is in search of a Business Office Manager in Skilled Nursing Facility to join our team. We are committed to providing kind, competent and compassionate services to those entrusted to our care and an enjoyable work environment for our staff. Will report to the General Manager and Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and is an integral part of the core management team.
Hours : Full Time
Main responsibilities include :
- Participating in and contributing to the facility leadership meetings and processes.
- Following company policies and procedures to produce accurate revenue.
- Billing and follow up to ensure timely collections - Private payers.
- Ensuring adherence to all related federal and state rules and regulations.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility. We are looking for someone with experience who can coordinate the various support services and personnel needed to ensure that an office runs smoothly. Requirements
Experience of Business Office Management of at least 2 years in Skilled Nursing Environment, Extensive knowledge in Illinois Medicaid, RFMS experience strong multitasking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical for a successful career as a business office manager. Experience with Point Click Care software is preferred.
