- Conceptualize and execute innovative event designs and strategies
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of corporate and social events from initial planning to final execution
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and clients
- Create comprehensive event timelines and detailed run-of-show documents
- Oversee event setup, technical requirements, and on-site management
- Prepare post-event reports and conduct thorough event evaluations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
