We’re seeking a Web Development Project Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles to lead our web projects from conception to launch. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and clients to ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery, and measurable success
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership – Oversee end-to-end web development projects, especially custom web dev projects, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives (SEO, CRO, UX, branding).
Cross-Functional Coordination – Work with designers, developers, content teams, and digital marketers to deliver high-quality websites and landing pages.
Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating marketing needs into technical requirements.
Agile Workflow Management – Implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies, manage sprints, and ensure deadlines are met.
Quality Assurance – Ensure all web deliverables are optimized for performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
Performance Tracking – Collaborate with marketing teams to measure post-launch success (traffic, engagement, conversions).
Risk & Issue Resolution – Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of web project management experience in an agency or digital marketing environment).
- Strong understanding of web development (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions such as Webflow, Contentful, and Headless CMS).
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, UX best practices, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Experience with project management tools (Monday, Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- Excellent communication skills—able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
