Duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Advise the US Government Lead and Product Offices on contract requirements and other business-related issues; provide guidance on statutory and regulatory requirements governed by the FAR/DFARS/AFARS; analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, policies and guidance
· Participate in Program Management Reviews and compliance activities across a broad spectrum of services and contract types
· Serve as a Contract and Acquisition Analyst within a US Army Project Office developing and coordinating Contracts Requirements Packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS) and other documents and supporting management and administration of awarded contracts
· Provide recommendations on contract strategies to meet dynamic customer needs. Can be expected to coordinate SOW/PWS and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) data deliverable requirements with Government POCs
· Experience contributing to Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, contract-type recommendations, sole source justifications and Independent Government Estimates required
· Support actions for the Functional Requirements Authentication Board (FRAB) certifications and Service Contract Approvals (SCAs)
· Assist with the development of contract modification packages to include Justification and Approvals (J&As) and documenting changes in scope
· Assist and advise the technical POCs on delivery requirements, quality assurance, and special provisions
· Assist with and coordinate approvals within PM Office as well as with external stakeholders to include Competition Management Office, Office of Small Business Programs, and Army Contracting Command

Required Skills and Experience:
· Clearance Required: Secret
· Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience in Government contracting, either within a Program/Project Office or in a contracting organization supporting a Program/Project Office
· Must have experience in complex requirements and urgent actions
· Knowledge and experience with PEO acquisition and contract execution procedures and ACC Acquisition Instruction and processes
· Work effectively with others across multiple technical and program areas
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Expert level of familiarity with Microsoft Office products
