Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
· Participate in C2BMC software engineering reviews and analyses for development of C2BMC Spiral products.
· Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
· Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
· Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
· Participate in C2BM and BMDS OPIR Architecture (BOA) Agile review processes.
· Participate in MDA ground test planning and objectives development.
· Provide evolving C3BM architecture analysis and expertise in the area of OPIR capability.
· Support M&S development involving C2BMC, sensors, and space assets.
· Participate in evaluations of C3BM increments and initiatives; coordinate IV&V activities for all C2BMC and OPIR.
· Provide expertise in threat modeling.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
· Master's degree in STEM and 12 years of relevant experience
· Experience with MDA/DoD systems engineering like cycle
· Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines
· Experience with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts or MDA sensors
· Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
· Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
Desired Qualifications
· Military experience is a plus
· Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
· Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
Education Requirements:
· Master’s Degree in STEM Discipline
Other Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and be able to hold an active Security Clearance at the Secret Level.
