Role Summary
The Liquidity Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships within the liquidity markets. This role involves working closely with management to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with high-profile clients, and provide tailored liquidity solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, extensive knowledge of liquidity products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through corporate treasurers and manage distribution through liquidity portals.
- Collaborate with investment and product teams to create solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive marketing and event strategies.
- Develop content to enhance sales and relationship management.
- Coordinate sales opportunities with shared clients across the firm and capitalize on strategic prospects for long-term growth.
- Serve as an expert on best practices, regulations, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
