Area General Manager

About the Role:

As General Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage the hotel as if it were your own business. We are looking for a leader with a proven history of achieving strong performance in areas such as RevPAR index, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional leadership abilities and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including prior experience as a General Manage
• Familiarity with similar hotel brands and/or industry-leading properties is highly preferred
• Multi-unit management experience is a plus
• Strong expertise in revenue management and sales strategies
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute hotel accounting and financial management
• Drive revenue growth and enhance guest volume.
• Consistently surpass revenue targets and guest expectations
• Lead and manage change initiatives, providing clear direction to the team
• Train, inspire, and develop team members for future leadership opportunities
• Cultivate a guest-focused culture with a positive, solution-driven attitude
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, group organizers, and team members
• Address and resolve conflicts while fostering effective communication
