Kingsley Gate has been retained by a luxury hospitality client to recruit for a Area General Manager opportunity. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven leader to join the team. About the Role:
As General Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage the hotel as if it were your own business. We are looking for a leader with a proven history of achieving strong performance in areas such as RevPAR index, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional leadership abilities and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including prior experience as a General Manage
- Familiarity with similar hotel brands and/or industry-leading properties is highly preferred
- Multi-unit management experience is a plus
- Strong expertise in revenue management and sales strategies
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
