We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team at our Buy Here Pay Here dealership. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our sales engine, working directly with customers to understand their needs and providing them with the best vehicle financing solutions to meet those needs. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving the growth of our dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and preferences by asking effective questions and listening attentively.
  • Present and sell vehicles that meet the customers" needs, including demonstrations and test drives.
  • Explain different financing options available to customers, focusing on the features of our BHPH financing program.
  • Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process, including documentation and financing paperwork.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of all vehicle models available at the dealership, including their features, benefits, and financing options.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals and high customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Experience in auto sales is a plus
