Job Summary :
We are seeking vigilant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Video Surveillance Monitoring Officers. This role involves monitoring security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor live and recorded video feeds from security cameras.
- Detect and report suspicious activities, breaches, or emergencies.
- Coordinate with on-site security personnel and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and observations.
- Ensure all monitoring equipment is operational and report malfunctions promptly.
- Follow company protocols and procedures for responding to incidents.
