Summary
IGT Instant Ticket Operations develops and prints instant scratch-off lottery tickets for a global market. This position will be located in Lincoln, Nebraska and be part of the creative design team. The ideal candidate will have a graphic design background, strong conceptual skills, experience producing client-driven work, and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative designs while meeting multiple project deadlines. This is a digital to print environment using flexographic printing. This person will provide innovative design, coordination, and development of all graphical elements of instant ticket design, presentations, and related marketing materials.

Responsibilities
- Develops design concepts based on the needs of targeted sales efforts
- Designing instant lottery tickets from concept through final art
- Address and effectively negotiate design changes
- Provides design support to Proposal teams for sales efforts
- Responsible for all in-house promotion, advertising and proposal artwork, maintaining our corporate image
- Produce agent guides, oversize tickets, “How to Play” and related marketing material
- Participates in brainstorming sessions and peer review
- Works with game designer to visualize all aspects of a new game
- Develops a visual identity for each product, keeping all elements consistent in style for both the base game and all subsequent bonus games
- Ensures that all work adheres to department, client and production standards
- Ensures a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports our clients’ brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and message
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all members of PrePress and Marketing teams
- Collaborates with consultants on special projects, foreign market assistance, etc. as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Design or equivalent experienceExperience Required (years of experience, specific industry or previous job experience requirements)
- Experience in graphic design of 3 years
- Proven skills in art direction and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Professional customer service manner and ability to interact within organization and externally
- Must be able to adhere to close tolerance production standards with tight time constraints
- Highly collaborative; great facilitator; leads by example Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $_37,500_____ - $__115,500_____. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
