IGT is seeking a Manager of Electrical Engineering Services to lead and drive the electrical engineering functions that power the development of cutting-edge gaming platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and compliance standards. The Manager of Electrical Engineering Services will play a key role in optimizing engineering processes and fostering innovation. This position will also mentor a team of engineers, all while supporting IGT's mission to deliver world-class gaming technology that sets industry standards.
Role in Strategy
- Participates in the planning and management of electrical engineering functions related to IGT's gaming platforms.
- Manages one or more technical laboratories including Safety and EMC.
- Assists the Hardware Engineering group in the design / development / retrofit of all platforms and products from the prototype stages through release by providing EMC / Safety / DQA testing as driven by the NPI process.
- Operates within the framework of IGT and the Engineering division, supporting the achievement of budgetary, schedule, operational, and product quality goals.
- Translates near-term operating goals into actionable processes, projects, and assignments to ensure.
- Participates in the development of improved multi-departmental processes and procedures to resolve escalated issues.
- Participates in establishing resource requirements, budgets, schedules, and performance standards.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $76,179 / yr - $180,000 / yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
