Overview
This role is responsible for serving and supporting our Tier One Gaming Support team from the Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This is a robust fast-paced role that will reach across multiple organizations, internal and external customers as well as gaming regulatory bodies and compliance teams. This role will work very closely with the partner Team in the Atlantic City office and support all Wide Area Progressive and Casino system products across the United States, Canada and Australia.
Responsibilities
Rotating on-call Responsibilities:
Time keeping and schedule creation
Ability to work unsupervised and escalate as needed
Tracking of Key Performance Metrics (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc)
Monthly meetings with direct reports and maintaining Performance Management plans
Effective problem solving,,assist with testing and maintenance of Tools and Applications
Aid team members with other duties as needed & communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age and must be able to obtain multiple gaming licenses
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite5 years Technical Operations/Support Experience
Preferred Qualifications: :Experience with Service Desk, call center, or customer service positions
CompTIA N certification or higher experience with SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Doc U Sign and/or ACD systems preferred.
Languages :Bi-lingual Spanish, English

The estimated starting compensation range is $48,103 - $93,716. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
