This role is located at our beautiful headquarters on River Drive in Moline, IL. This facility includes a comfortable office environment with an on-site gym facility.
Summary of Position:
The Deposit Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end member experience for deposit products, including IRAs. Audit all transactions, provide guidance to team members, and ensure up-to-date process documentation is in place. Foster relationships with internal teams to provide solutions, support, accuracy, and responsiveness.
The successful candidate should have following skills/qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of financial institution experience
- IRA experience a plus
- IRA Certifications a plus (CIS or CISP) or attain within 12 months of start date
- CD experience a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Service oriented with mindfulness of response times
Key Responsibilities:
Deposit Administration: enforce IRA policies and regulations through applied best practices and procedures, validating year end tax records, audit transactions, provide support for front-line team members, monitor IRA training- Reporting: prepare and distribute deposits marketing reports, complie and analyze monthly marketing reports, monitor CD promotions and report findings, distribute daily deposit reports
- Product Management: partner with marketing on product marketing content, execute product changes and communicate upgrade/downtime
- Support the Deposit team with day-to-day operations
