Job description
Town House Cleaning is seeking a dynamic Office Coordinator to provide administrative support with office operations. The ideal candidate will have an energetic personality and strong interpersonal skills. Seeking someone who can think strategically and has a strong work ethic, someone who will ask what they can assist with if their work is done, and strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
Responsibilities
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Prescreen employment applicants.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors and applicants when they arrive at the office.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
- Process warehouse supplies request made by supervisors and cleaners.
- Coordinate overall maintenance of office’s equipment.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- You're a team player with a positive attitude, and you work effectively with different teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Proven organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- At least 2 years of office experience.
